Choose between The Cabin or Uncle Joe's Beach House. Both open year round.

- The Cabin: Alcohol (when available, will be stocking less & less), UTV's, Sleds, Guns, indoor & outdoor fireplaces & a Harley. Lotsa indoor & outdoor games (sorry, no pool & one will not be installed). Restaurants are sparse, so expect to grill.
- The Beach: Alcohol (when available, will be stocking less & less), Pool, Beach Access, River Access, Guns, Fishing Equipment, Beach Gear & a Harley. Quick Rides to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld & Cape Canaveral. Good restaurants, but get there for the early bird specials or before 9p.
